This text refers to the Concurrence Vote in the House.
Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that amends various statues related to permitting efficiency and environmental review.
-Requires both the Department of Natural Resources and the Pollution Control Agency to take measures to meet permitting efficiency goals allowing up to 150 days upon submission of a permit application for issuing or denying a permit (Sec. 1 & 3). -Authorizes a project proposer to include in the information submitted to the responsible government unit, a preliminary draft environmental impact statement instead of requiring the governmental unit to prepare the statement (Sec. 6).
