Gerald F. "Jerry" Newton (born September 15, 1937) is a Minnesota community leader and a former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives who represented District 49B, which includes portions of the cities of Andover and Coon Rapids in Anoka County in the northern Twin Cities metropolitan area. A Democrat, he is also a former grocery store owner and manager, and a career soldier.
