Patricia Torres Ray (born March 25, 1964, in Pasto, Colombia) is a Democratic Farmer Labor Party member of the Minnesota Senate, representing District 62 since January 2007. Her district is in the southeastern part of Minneapolis.
Ray succeeded the retiring Wes Skoglund. She is the first Hispanic American to be elected to the Minnesota Senate.
